May 11, Santa Barbara. 2nd night

May 11, Santa Barbara. 2nd night 5am get up, and then breakfast. There are too many people in this shelter. about 6am, I went out , started a new day. After seeing big fig tree near train satiation,I walked to Starbucks.i met Fred here. He recognized me . he has stayed in shelter since December last year. Has has job. But today he was enjoying the day off. He and I together walked to Trader Jeo's, because I told him I wanted to play music there. Fred shopped some kinds of food. We just sat outside table, ate any talked. The two thing are really Interesting. During we were eating, one by one Fred took several kinds of spices out of his bag. As I said, I always respect man as my head, even this little thing, a man can prepare it in so much detail, and enjoy eating very well. Another thing was pretty fresh for me. The bread we ate is Bible Ezekiel 4:9. I wonder who is so smart so much fun to get this recipe. I totally like this idea. I played flute 4 hours, made $56 something. A good day. One lady contributed $25, this is the biggest amount of single item until now since I started busking career. I am sure she is blessed. Fred gave me $6 and fed me, and encouraged me. When the manager went out and told me ,"unfortunately..." I move out of fence, I thought that might not good spot, thought to move other place. Fred said , you stay here , just wait a while. I saw other people here. After he left, just a little while , money came. God is really good, he always send someone to me, I have never short of friends anywhere. 4pm, I came back , that 's the regulation of this shelter, this is shower time. You must take shower, otherwise, you cannot stay here. We had wonderful dinner. It even amazed me. I know the US is the greatest country on earth, but my knowledge is very limit about how great this country is. As I mentioned before , there are many people in this shelter. "lady first" in waiting line for breakfast and supper Is one of the rules. So a woman can simply goes ahead to the front of men. That's cool. Amazing thing was not " lady first", it was lobster. When I saw lobster, I couldn't be more happier. That might be the answer why there are so many people have stayed here many years. Anthony is a black man , it was he who told me about the big fig tree , so I went there to take a look. as he said" we are all poets, love natural ". the big fig tree is big and beautiful, the branches reach very long, pretty amazing. God always do great things. When I came back at evening, Anthony was so happy to see me, he told me he went to ocean , and started to speak his poem" ocean , she ....". He opened his arms to hug me and put a kiss on my cheek. If there was some reasons I "jumped to hug " Christopher, but I really don't know what caused Anthony to do that on me. It looked like just" he wants".at dinner time, he came to sit next to me, He asked me to see ocean tomorrow.but I will leave to Ventura. May God bless my all friends here and there.
