June 12 , Lincoln , NE I hugged my two roommates , went to office singled the leaving paper, I left shelter. I've found that Nebraska is a friendly place, it was easy to get ride. The interesting thing is that several times bigs trucks stopped for me. The first whole month I had never got ride from big truck. A big truck stopped, the driver was a black young man named Davin. From The inside of truck i could tell Davin is such person who likes to keep things in order and clean. That was different from the trucks I was picked before. I put my arm next to his to show him how dark I am: I am same as you." I laughed. "almost. " Davin said. Thank God we live in this great country, We enjoy the freedom in law and the grace in God no matter what is our skin color. It was about 1hour and half driving from Hastings to Lincoln . Davin was going to Ohio, so I could get to Lincoln by one ride. After a short time of gas station, our big truck was running on the road. Davin was busying on phone. I saw outside the signs, and thought that we 've already arrive in Lincoln. But I did not want to bother Davin's talking on phone, And I thought he knows where is Lincoln, he would not forget about a hitchhiker in his truck. After a while I saw the signs outside became Omaha. Finally i took some guts to ask Davin: do you think we passed Lincoln ?" " not yet" . He answered. After a little while , Davin said " that was Lincoln . " Now I had to follow him to keep going forward. Because there is no place to stop, and my inside was in emergency, i thought I'd not have drunk that much milk in breakfast. Davin exited In the next truck stop. The first thing was to released the water, and then i made new sign "WEST 80 ", Luckly , just a little while a big truck stopped. David is from Cuba. Same as Davin, he truck was pretty clean too. After i sat down, I found outside there were more and more signs " Omaha " . David said we was going on wrong direction. " This is east, we need go to west. " Someday something just happened in this way.my first driver drove me "extra " 30 miles during my inside in emergency. That made my head almost become his color. My second driver continued my first driver's direction. luckily, after several miles there was a bridge, David turned back. I arrived in Lincoln around noon. My host Dale will off work at 6:30pm. So I have plenty time to check some fun. A lady Nicole with her 4 boys put me I their car. After she dropped the second son in school, she let me together go to her home. Her oldest son Jeff is already a young man , he hold his pet show me , I forget animal. A bit rat , his name is George, he has super soft fur, almost couldn't feel, softer than water, little bit harder than air. My hand almost could not feel it. Nicole gave me some books and a little angel. One of the books is the book of Mormon, as I said I don't know about Mormen. Until now I met several friends who is from Mormon church, I think they very nice prople, for example, Jeff in Temple AZ hosted me, Nicole in Lincoln gave me ride. Certainly she gave me books, that was to share love.from her good intention. But It looks like there are some different opinions about Mormen when I checked computer. Nicole wrote a full page love on the book. The little angel is "pocket angel, ", she told me if I put it under water , I can get her energy. This part for me is a little bit too far. I attended such healing meeting two times when I was in china during I studied for master degree. Many people in both meetings were crazy, some cried and fell down on seats . some ran around whole hall. But I totally had no any feeling. Perhaps my mind and body are not very sensitive to energy. I helped Nicole folded the laundry, when I touched every clothes, I could feel how happy to be a mother, I prayed that may God protect these kids, bless them with all good things, guide their way while they are growing. Nicole dropped me in downtown while on the road she went to work. I made $1 , and then looked around took Some photos. I waited Dale in Starbucks. 6 :30pm Dale came to pick me. He looked much younger than I thought. The interesting thing is that I am his first couch suffer, he registered the website 5 years ago. This 5 years no anyone wanted to stay in his home? He is friendly and easy person . We eat rux hsmbetger and then went to walk . That was really nice walk in the park . We picked mulberries from trees . After shower, Dale already put the sister into air bed . It is ready to use. It is big air bed. I slep late , because I was on newspaper and vidioe , i was busying to share that big news within friends.
