August 21, Raleigh Andrew wake up, he came out and said " spring , it is 6 o'clock " I know that, I just wanted to be lazy . I got up and cleaned up. All are on time. Andrew took a muffin for me. We were on road now. He drop me at the 58 entrance. He said the speed is fast , I know he hate to leave me on road by myself. His heart is uncomfortable to do that. I told him God is with him. We are all lonely in the world. We cannot be together alway , doesnt matter how much we love each other. But God is with me always. Some thing we cannot do. But God can do . Just pray for for me , Andrew . I have already asks Sean and Christopher and Jeff to pray for me. Today the distance I was going to is 3 and half hours driving. In east coast I felt little worry. I arrived Andrew home until 5pm , from Richmond , that was only 1 and half hour driving distance . Today I off early, I hope that help. Andrew got out of car, we hugged each other. He gave me money , I refused to take it , " I have money" he insisted , I opened my palm ready to revive. I should not refuse to revive blessings from men. That help men to be a better men : i am a man , i am strong, God have His glory on me,i have redpondibilty to take care of woman. and help me to be a better women: be thankful , be humble, be beloved and know I am a woman, and I am small, I am a rib. A lady picked me up, she was nice, asked me if I was hungry . She gave me a bag of food, there were a sandwich , a bottle of Genger tea, yogurt. She dropped me at a gas station , she got a telphone call, she told her friend, she is helping someone, because she wanted to be a helpful citizen. I can tell she was do proud to tell her friend that. I told her I am so proud to be American , last year July 26 I became American citizen. Next ride driver was Bill, he passed a very good spot, drove me to a gas station , he asked the store for a cartoon board, wrote a sign: Raleigh NC. Bill hitch hiked from florida to Rodal island , to California . I think I will remember Bill forever. Because he said " you will make it!" he did not worry about me, he said I will make it ! Yes I made it! Very luckily , after bill , David was my next driver , he was going to meet friends in Greenville, he will pass by Raleigh. So I can get there by one ride. God is really good. David wore green shirt, I like the color, he said he bought it because of the color. I asked him when did you pick hitchhiker last time? I don't remember. 20 year ago? I recalled Mario who picked me in las vasgas NM to Coloradosprings , he said it was 20 years ago he picked hitchhiker last time . He picked me up because of my smile. David answered he did not what made him to stop for me. " I don't know what moved me, I just followed my heart." David traveled by motorcycle , I asked him how he found sleep place. Have you slept outside? He said he camped two night, and then hostel one night. I think this is good way to try. I may sleep outside if I can't find couchsuffing. Host or anyone else to revive me, when I have host , I can shower and Landry. David is pretty quiet person. We did not talk much. He stopped at Wawa, we ate breakfast. When he know I have no telphone, but I have husband, he immediately put his cellphone on the table in the front of me: call your husband ! This action is same as the one that my driver morning who picked in the truck stop to Grand island after I stayed in trunk two nights. I got out in the morning . He put the cellphone in my hand : "call your husband! " I did call my husband . I noticed the time was 7 am. I thought he already got up. After several days. , he told me I called him at morning. 5 am. I understood that I forgot the time difference. I did want to call my husband at that time. But they wanted me to call my husband. I guess they wanted to help me: a woman is so pitiful, she miss her husband, but she wants to talk to him, but she has no telephone. I can help ! I have a husband , this is most amazing thing during my this trip. They lend their cellphone to me, may want to improve I indeed have husband.:) I called Sean, I told him my driver wanted me to call him. When David came back from bathroom, I let David told to Sean , David said " your wife has great spirit, she is doing same thing as me last year." We had very good breakfast. During on road , from time to time I get a wonderful treat. David dropped me in downtown, because my host Adie works until 5pm, so i just spent the time on looking some fun. It started to rain, I found a place as shelter. I sant the address where I am to Adie, told him " Spring is here " , I waited him there. Adie come at 5:20pm. I heard " Spring!" i guessed He recognized me easily by the photos on my website and by description about myself. Adie is my first Arabic host, he is from Jordan 6 years ago. He is arqitect . His job. He told me he just had a interview today . He is looking for new job, if passed , he will go to Boston. ready for change . Because financial . He wanted get higher pay . There are several boards on the walls in his home, he said he cannot remember , so he write them on the board. In fact I found he has excellent memory. We taught each other some our native languages. I almost don't remember any arabic after little while. But Adie remember my name in Chinese when his friend asked about that. He also can say " xiexie" thank you. I finally can say " thank you" in Arabic , because Adie told me , " shook " and " run" he did two actions. That was fun , we wrote the board until it was full. I taught him "mei li" beautiful, America translated into Chinese is ""mei GUo" beautiful country . I taught him how to write " mei li" in Chinese character . He almost immediately understand and can write. Adie is a smart talentic young man, he made the bed , table , lamp cases in his home. He likes to motorcycle and play soccer. his leg was hurt two weeks ago when he played soccer. So he can't ride bike. He drives his roommate Diego's car to work. Diego just came back from his Mexico , he works in college. He enjoyed vocation while The school was off.I can tell these two young men are very good friends. Evening we went to a coffee shop, Adie's several friends gathering here. We had nice talk. they asked me how i can became a christian and my trip. Darrvin in text book when I was a little girl , I cant believe. I travel , saw mountain hill , people plant , something bigger tan human , some thing my strength. Even I don't know " God " this word. My trip , why I stared this trip , root reason , I wanted travel whole world, when I was little girl , in totally poverty, God put a seed in my heart, even I didn't know what is "whole world " what is " God" . So I believe all people are equel , all are all children of God , He really love all of us , every one , no exception , doesn't what race , where we live ,now poor how rich. He love us. He did not forget to plant the seed in our heart and give us dreams. Another reason , last year July 26 I became American cityzen , I love this country , this is my country , I am not a foreigner , I want to see this country . A girl amily wanted to listen I play flute , be polite , , it might be too loud inside , so we went outside , played at the door , they around me and gave me big applaud . That was nice touch for me. I thought to learn more songs and improve my skill on flute. Lisa drove us home, it was 10pm, but looked Lisa and Adie still had engery to cook, so I had fun to join in them. During at dinner table , Lisa said she remember what I said " trust and love " . That is right , that is what I learned from this trip , from life from bible . Lisa is pastor , she has very cheerful personality . I like this beautiful black lady. Lisa left. Thank God, Adie , a Muslim , share his sweet home with me, a Christian woman. We are all children of You, heaven father !
